Greetings and welcome to my blog!! I am very excited about my upcoming adventure which begins on May 16th, 2007. Over the next 3 1/2 months, I will be travelling across this great nation called Canada by train with a few plane, boat, and automobile interludes.
I will be seeing it and experiencing everything from the beauty of the rainforests of Vancouver Island to the fjords of Gros Morne National Park. And, I would like to invite you to take a virtual journey with me as I go… be ready to meet many of the characters that grace our great country’s landscape and take in the reports on everything from the local salmon bake, to our most well known (and some not so well known…) festivals/landmarks/sights, to my accomodations (Ever wandered what it was like in a train berth?!?).
So come along… this has been a dream of mine for many years, and now it’s time to hit the trail!! It’s going to be great, eh??

Hooray, Trevor! I’m so excited for you and can’t wait to hear more about your travels and adventures. Eat some yummy food for me and if you see anyone doing any knitting…pet their knitting for me
